I am having a plot with different levels. The first level is almost 2 mtrs down from the road level and the second level is having almost 5 mtrs dept from the road level. This house was built 10yrs ago.This house has a total area of 3000sq ft,currently a house of this size will need atleast 45Lakhs to build if you are lucky enough to find a builder who won’t make a fool out of you.A reasonable builder will charge you Rs.1500/sq ft. Mr Vijith Jagadeesh is only an Architect and will Charge Rs.50/sq ft for doing a plan.For a house of 3000sq ft as the one shown above he will charge you 1.5Lakh,so the plan given above is purley just an advertisement,So DONT BE FOOLED….
