I have liked your plan the elevation slopes etc. What was surprising was that the puja room is adjacent to the toilet which is not correct. The sanctity of a pooja room is lost, can become a dosha for the people living in it. Also as per Vaastu the toilet adjacent to the pooja room is the kanni moola which is ideal for pooja room.
