But now there are good water proofing compounds and concrete quality enhancing chemicals are available in the market and all over a new architectural language has evolved and people started to think different and thats how the new contemporary residences started to get popular but yet to get a mass acceptance. The advantage is that you can have a uniquness in the design and every project can be made different interms of forms and colour we use.This kind of designs need to be maintained properly to make it look chic.
