Hi,
I have a 11 cents property and planning to build a 4 bedroom house in such a way that i can give the top floor fpr rent and the passage shall not be evident to others.
This is because we are working abroad. we would like t have all bedrooms bath attached and with a walk-in-closet. what we would like to know is what shall be the estimated cost for this.

i have a house which i purchased 3 yrs back…in Ambalamukku in 16 cents of land,of nearly 2000 sq.ft
i want to redesign the interior completely….including the flooring.i am in TRV for just 4 more days. is it possible for u to have a look at my place and give my an idea of the possibilities and feasibility
