Residence of Joy Thomas at Kozhikkode designed by Architect Vinod P Cyriac. Interior designing is by Architect Anita Choudhuri.

This three plus one bed room house is on an elevated site framed with front garden. It also has a rear garden enhancing cross ventilation creates an air pocket since the adjacent site (on the rear side) is elevated with the difference of almost 20 feet.
Within the residence the study is created at mid landing level. The family at the first floor overlook the study and the dining at the ground floor.

Wood like teak and karumarude have been used. furniture and fixtures are a combination of wood and bamboo weaving. Natural materials like Rubble and laterate exposed has been used in the exteriors. Plan of this home can be found at THIS PAGE.
