Is the estimated amount is including the land prize? If I want to make a house with nadumuttom 3500-4000 sq ft, how much i need to spend? I have 22 cent land in a village. please let me know and how much i have to spend for get a proper plan?
I SAW YOUR NADUMUTTAM PLAN AND ITS ELEVATION. I LIKED.BUT I DON’T HAVE SUCH A BIG BUDGET. IS IT POSSIBLE TO MAKE SUCH A NADUMUTTAM PLAN WITHIN THE LIMIT OF 2000-2100 SQUARE FT. I HAVE 17 CENT LAND AT OUR VILLAGE NEAR GURUVAYOOR. I PREFER DOUBLE STORIED ONE WITH 3 BATH ATTACHED BED ROOM (ONE IN GROUND AND TWO IN FIRST FLOOR). HALL, DINING & KITCHEN TO BE DESIGNED WELL. I BELEIF IN VASTHU SO THAT ALSO TO BE CONSIDERED. MY LAND IS FACING TO SOUTH. PLOT IS ALMOST RECTANGLE. i have a plot in Kodungallur of 16 cents and i would build a nadumuttam house of 2500 sqft ground with one bedrrom and 2 bedrooms on the first floor , will that be possible , if so what will be construction cost .

I liked your nadumuttam houses plan. I have a plot 55 cent in Kothamanagalam. Will you send some house plans having nadumuttam. I want to build a double story house with nadumuttam approximate 2,000 to 2,500 sq.ft. I believe in Vastu and the house can be faced to East or North, as a road is going at East and half of North of the plot or can you suggest some sites,which I can get the information.
