Hello Sir, I am from Quilon.

My parents have a land and house in Mukkhathala, Quilon. We wanted to construct a house the traditional way the houses were constructed during our grandparents time. I wanted to know how much the approximate cost would be like for getting such a house constructed.

I just saw documentary on a house in Asianet – Dream Home, where you had increased the hieght of the house and few other renovations were done in this house. More or less the same type is what I am looking for – 3 or 4 BHK is what we have in mind.
