four things what i know i like to share with u
a) g.shankers habitat is the only firm with deep roots in kerala promoting costeffective construction. they have the men and mterial to execute it. they have office in thondayad. there is another architect called sathish also at thondayad who do some good work in cost effective ways
interlocking bricks are the main way to reduce time and cost. srilaksmi agencies are doing it. but u can get good quality blocks in other places (srilakshmi is monopoly). do filler slab instead of regullar concrete for roofing. there are many more things. hope you will benifit. indeed one of my friend is alo with a budget of 4 lakhs is commencing work next week
